Posts & Threads

Create rich posts, add images and videos and even embed content such as YouTube, Vimeo, and more! Add Tags to your posts, categorize them and organize the content to your vision.

Pinned Posts

Ensure that your students see the most important content first by pinning content to the top of any category.

Campus News

Are exams starting? Is there maintenance at the campus? Share your Campus news directly through the platform, so all your students are up to date about the latest campus news.

Gather Data through Surveys

Let Students fill out an (anonymous) survey, gather data, and analyze the collected feedback. With our integrated survey tool, you can quickly gather data from any student or staff. Use our super-targeted audience tool to pick the right audience group.

Staff Features

Communicate with Students

Facility staff and professors can communicate with students and create group chats for classes. Students can always ask questions related to a class-subject or Self-Service request.

Subject Environment

Professors can create subject environments where students can get up-to-date information about the subject, download and upload files and get in touch with the professor.

Assignments

Professors can assign homework, projects, and more to their subjects and students. This feature also allows students to upload these files to the subject environments.

Security Features

Mute & Ignore

Users can ignore and mute content or even other users. This means the users cannot see each other's content or messages.

Prominent Report button

Whenever a user misbehaves or posts inappropriate content that slipped through our strict-monitored bad-behavior system, a user can report this. Our Global Gsmarthub Moderation team will be informed about the reported content and take immediate action. Our Moderation team will notify the institution about this.

Weekly Safety Guides

As Gsmarthub works with several organizations, we also provide weekly safety guides to help people create a safe environment on the internet. By creating blogs, courses, and other content, we inform our users on a weekly base how to safely navigate the web and protect themselves from the wrong side of the internet.

Advanced Privacy Settings

In order to keep the data safe, Gsmarthub designed a state-of-the-art security system covered with foundation tools used by Fortune 500 companies. As we take our security to a whole new level, we protect our users and resources and keep the bad out of our platform. Therefore we also have an advanced privacy settings area where users can customize their privacy settings to their needs.

Our gamification system encourages your students to stay active on the platform in a fun way. When a user creates content or interacts with other content, they receive points, which they can exchange for a badge that they can show off on their profile, unlock an avatar, or add color to their profile. This creates an event more fun and interactive way of using the platform.
